Despatch by Seller: Sellers are required to ship the product within 7 days of receiving payment.
Delivery Duration: Delivery is handled via India Post and is typically completed within 7 to 14 days from the date of despatch, depending on your location.
? Tracking Details
Once your item is shipped, tracking information (if available) will be provided via your registered email or updated in your order dashboard.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to reflect.
? Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, buyers must coordinate directly with India Post using the tracking number.
If the parcel is returned to the seller due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-response, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-dispatch.
Re-shipping will only be initiated upon payment of the applicable additional delivery charges.
