Platform Role
At Collectibles.co.in, we facilitate the transaction between collectors of the listing (sellers) and collectors interested in the listing (buyers).
While we collect payments securely, we do not directly ship any items. All delivery responsibilities lie with the seller.
Shipping Responsibility
- Sellers are solely responsible for the packaging, dispatch, and delivery of items.
- They must ship orders promptly within 5 days upon receiving payment confirmation from the platform.
- Buyers are encouraged to ensure their delivery address and contact details are correct while placing orders.
Shipping Timelines
- Sellers are expected to ship items within 5 business days of receiving the order, unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.
- Delays should be communicated by the seller to the buyer directly using the provided contact details.
Tracking & Confirmation
- Sellers are encouraged to provide shipment tracking details under My Sales → Update Order section.
- Buyers can view order status under My Purchases, which includes: Processing, Shipped, or Completed.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges if defined by the seller are applicable else default settings of the platform at flat Rs.60/- per order per seller are applicable and clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
- In case of combined orders with multiple items, shipping are grouped by seller wise and no extra charges by items are applicable.
Responsibility in Transit
- Once dispatched, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies with the seller and their chosen courier service.
- Buyers are advised to reach out to the seller if there are any issues post-shipment.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
- If an item is undelivered or lost in transit, buyers must notify the seller and the platform within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Sellers must cooperate in resolving such issues promptly, which may include resending the item or issuing a refund depending on the situation.
Platform Support
- Collectibles.co.in may provide support in dispute resolution related to shipping, where sellers are unresponsive or breach policies.
- However, we do not arrange pickups, shipping, or courier follow-ups directly.
Important Notes
- Sellers who delay shipping or fail to fulfill orders may be subject to account restrictions.
- Buyers are advised to check seller reviews or contact sellers before placing high-value orders.
- Use the WhatsApp or message button on the listing page for direct communication where available.
By using Collectibles.co.in, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all shipping responsibilities are fulfilled by sellers, with platform support limited to payment handling and dispute mediation where justified.
