Definitions
- Collector of the listing: Refers to the seller who has created and published the item listing on the platform.
- Collector interested in the listing: Refers to the buyer expressing interest in or placing an order for an item
Our Role
At Collectibles.co.in, operated by Daqlan India Pvt. Ltd., we act as a transaction facilitator. We enable listing, payment processing, and order placement on behalf of both buyers and sellers (collectors).
While we do not directly buy, sell, or ship products, we collect and hold payments during the transaction lifecycle until the seller fulfills their obligations. We also provide platform-level dispute resolution support to ensure a fair and smooth experience.
Refund Policy
General Terms
- All refund requests must be initiated by the buyer and are subject to the terms set by the seller.
- Sellers must provide clear refund terms in their listings or profiles. If none are provided, the platform timelines below will apply.
Platform-Backed Dispute Support
- Buyers may escalate unresolved refund issues to support@collectibles.co.in.
- We may request evidence from both parties and mediate communication.
- While refunds are not guaranteed, we may reverse or release funds if a seller fails to fulfill obligations or if fraud is suspected.
Timelines & Expectations
- Sellers must respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
- Dispute resolution must be completed within 14 days of the request.
- If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method or buyer’s wallet.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Buyers may request cancellation before the item is marked as shipped.
- If the seller agrees, a full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch
- Once it’s shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Buyers must follow the seller’s refund/return policy.
Seller Cancellations
- If a seller cannot fulfill an order (e.g., due to stock issues), they must cancel it and a full refund will automatically be processed.
Platform Intervention & Consequences
- Buyers and sellers must provide evidence when disputing an issue.
- Repeated violations or unreasonable delays may lead to restrictions or suspension.
- Collectibles.co.in may withhold or release funds based on policy and evidence.
Important Notes
- All payments are processed through verified gateways and held securely until orders are fulfilled.
- Sellers must fulfill in good faith; buyers must confirm receipt and satisfaction.
- No card data is stored on our platform; refunds are always issued to the original payment form or wallet.
By using our platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Collectibles.co.in acts as a neutral payment facilitator, with the right to mediate disputes fairly.
