On your first login, you may be asked to authenticate through the Google or Facebook login window.
- After login, you will then be redirected to the mobile verification page, where
you’ll enter your mobile number start with +91
generate OTP, enter the OTP received and verify it.
After registration, your account is placed under the Buyer-Only package (selling is disabled by default).
To purchase or list items, you must first complete your profile via the “Edit Profile” section by entering:
- Full address (Street, City, Region/State, Pincode) - this address will be used for delivery.
- PAN card number - to verify and build trust across community.
- GST No (if business) - to ensure compliance and regulations
- GST Declaration (a tick) - works as an agreement and declaration.
We conduct due diligence as part of onboarding every user—whether buyer or seller—to maintain a trusted and verified community. Please refer to our KYC Policy for more details.
Note: We do not store your ID information on our platform after KYC completion. Your PAN card is verified and then removed, with only a KYC reference number retained for compliance.
Once your profile is complete, you’ll be able to upgrade your access and start using full platform features, including listing items or making purchases.
